GDPR Update

A letter from our Managing Director
Dear Customer/Client,
As you may know from recent publicity and your own business activities, there has been a number of “personal data” protection law changes made under the new GDPR rules. These have an impact on the way you/we hold and interact with any “personal data” we hold on our respective employees, customers and prospects.
As I am sure you know Five Go Live has always been led by its customers and clients business needs. This involves us engaging in email, written and verbal exchanges with our client’s staff, such communication is primarily related to your/their use of the strategic software solutions we sell and support for you. For the avoidance of doubt I would like to make it clear that we do not access, hold or store any “personal data” related to your staff, your customers or your prospects.
Any interaction we have with our client’s data is company transaction and financial data related, no data is kept beyond its use to implement, deploy or resolve software/system usage related issues.
We’ve always been protective of your company specific data, and there’s no need for you to do anything in that regard. We’ve taken steps to review everything we send you to ensure that it is relevant to your business/organisations and will continue to do this.
I fully appreciate that most of you may have seen and had emails on this topic from other suppliers, businesses and organisations, and hope that you’ll understand the importance of us letting you know what we’re doing in this regard.
Kind regards,
Nicholas Remzi
Managing Director
