Sage 200 Support Consultant
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and experienced Sage 200 support consultant to join our team. You will provide 1st & 2nd line support for our existing customers. We have recently won new projects and customers, and so we’re looking to expand our team to match this growth.
We’d like the new team member to have experience of Sage 200 and preferably have worked in a business partner environment previously. The candidate will be qualified or have extensive knowledge in Sage 200 financials, commercials and manufacturing. As Sage 200 is a product which has an excellent array of ISV’s e.g. Sicon, Codeless Platform, CIM200 Manufacturing any additional knowledge and ability would be an advantage.
The Job
We are looking for a dynamic individual keen to progress their career as a support consultant.
You’ll enjoy solving problems, using your existing knowledge as well as using our pool of support consultants to provide fast and efficient solutions to sometimes complex issues, all the while creating and maintaining customer loyalty by ensuring excellent customer service in line with our reputation.
You will have knowledge and experience in Sage 200 and ideally be accredited in the product modules. As Sage 200 is a product which has an excellent array of ISV’s e.g. Sicon, Codeless Platform, CIM200 Manufacturing any additional knowledge and ability would be an advantage.
Am I the ideal Candidate?
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1st & 2nd line support experience
- Knowledge and experience in Sage 200 modules (Financials, Commercials, Manufacturing)
- Proven IT Support/administration experience
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to liaise with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Good Interpersonal skills, great problem solver and organized.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills, independently and as a group.
- Full eligibility to work in the UK.
- basic understanding of accountancy processes
- Ability to log support calls using a helpdesk system.
Desirable additional skills:
- You should be able to understand and have experience in MS SQL
- Experience with Sage ISV’s such as Sicon, Draycir, CIM200 Manufacturing, Codeless
- Additional Sage product experience (1000, intact, 50, X3)

- Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
- Commission structure available based on chargeable work.
- Permanent full-time contract after 3-month probation.

Technical Analyst Developer
Junior Developers will be considered
We are looking for a technical analyst developer to join our development team. We are a Sage Business Partner who has a Sage 200 developer licence and due to the growth of our business we are looking to expand our development team. We are striving to provide our customers that special next level of unique development of their Sage 200 solution.

The Job
Ideally, we’d like the new team member to have experience of C#, VB and MS SQL, however if you have strong knowledge of any of these aspects but not much experience, we will consider a junior developer role. You will be working closely with a highly skilled and experienced senior developer who can mentor and cross train the ideal candidate in leading software and legacy system coding.

To be considered for the role the ideal candidate will have:
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills, independently and as a group.
- Good troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience of C#, VB and MS SQL
- Full eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable additional skills:
- Proven track record of Sage 200 development
- Familiarity with API technologies and integration services would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 and Sage ISV’s such as Sicon, Draycir, CIM200 Manufacturing, BPA Codeless Platforms a distinct advantage.
