“Commitment to Customer Service Pays Off”

We are extremely proud to announce that Five Go Live achieved a top four placing at last nights prestigious FSB Awards Ceremony.

There are over 3,600 FSB members in Hertfordshire and well over 220,000 members in the UK.

Our success will be seen and recognised by all members of the FSB throughout the UK and will be featured in the FSB bi-monthly publications, local press and online at their website for months to come.  

The Service Excellence category attracted the highest number of entrants for the Award, and we were up against some of Hertfordshire’s most accomplished Service Providers, many of which are well know in the community and have been long standing FSB members, so we had our work cut out from the outset.

While we did not win the Award outright (this year) our Service Excellence Finalist Award is a fantastic endorsement of our achievements in a very competitive industry and will spur us on to achieve further recognition for our commitment to Service Excellence from our clients and peers in the years to come.

Despite the economic gloom, customer satisfaction and referrals keep Five Go Live Limited steadily growing!

 

2008 was without doubt a challenging year for many companies, but despite the effects of the credit crunch on many of our contemporaries, Five Go Live (FGL) has enjoyed steady growth. We have won major new clients, employed additional highly experienced, qualified staff and successfully relocated our Professional Services, Sales, Customer and Technical Software Support Helpdesk operation to the landmark building known as Hemel One in Hemel Hempstead.

 

Our offices at Hemel One are strategically located in Hemel Hempstead which is just 25 miles from the North-West of London. Just off junction 8 of the M1 it has excellent road and rail (Euston) links and has ample onsite parking facilities, offering a good selection of commuting options to all our visitors. 

 

Relocating to Hemel One provides us with ample space to host client workshops, progress meetings, software presentations and within the next few months, in-house training facilities. Hemel One also has a superb onsite restaurant that can provide us with tailored catering services for meetings etc. These onsite facilities can help us and our clients to optimise the effectiveness of any working day spent here.
